“New, clean, helpful staff.”

“This hotel is inside airport but must have connecting flight tickets, otherwise this hotel does not refund any money. If you are looking for hotel as you arrive late night and your destination is Kuala lumpur, then you must not book this hotel. ”

“Terminal 2 need more precise directory to this capsule. It should be consider thoroughly from the perspective of transit passengers. Overall a good experience to take rest before next flight!”

“Stay was poor. Room was rundown and poorly maintained. The water in the sink was brown for several minutes. The sea view is too far away from the chalet to appreciate. Swimming pool was over run with kids. Food ( buffet breakfast )was average. I would give this place a miss and stay somewhere else closer to KLIA where we had to catch a flight from. ”
