“Stay was poor. Room was rundown and poorly maintained. The water in the sink was brown for several minutes. The sea view is too far away from the chalet to appreciate. Swimming pool was over run with kids. Food ( buffet breakfast )was average. I would give this place a miss and stay somewhere else closer to KLIA where we had to catch a flight from. ”

“Only one type of communication is through WhatsApp messages. Very hard to solve the problem. I’m trying to get my deposit refund but after a month, I’ve been trying to contact, still don’t get any answer. ”

“There is bloodstained blanket/ comforter. It's very disgusted. This hotel is not as qualified as 5 Star hotel. They need to start to learn it from 1 star. They even have no comb, and no soap. The front seat might be avoid solve this problem promptly since no one pick up the phone in 5 minutes. It's rediculous.”
