The day before our checkout I spoke to your desk staff and they said of course sir we can provide take away breakfast at 04:30 on checkout day. On checkout day at 04:40 I ask for my take away breakfast and was told sorry sir there is no record of your breakfast request. At which point I left. Very sad."

My only issue is the tv did not have really good channels compared to the other hotels I stayed at and I had a hard time adjusting the a/c temperature "
