“We were very disappointed with this rental experience. When we arrived Friday night, the property had clearly not been cleaned after the previous guests. The beds had dirty/soiled linens, the bathroom towels were used, and the entire property smelled like wet towels/mildew because the AC had been turned off. It was not in livable condition when we arrived.Because of this, we had to pay out of pocket for another hotel room Friday night. We were told the property would be cleaned the next day, but……

“We had the best time during our stay! The condo was even better in person, with a beautiful view and the sound of the ocean! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We even utilized the pull-out couch, and that was very comfortable, making the condo feel very spacious for our family of five. The grounds were wonderful as well, and we enjoyed sunrises out at the gazebo on the water. The pool was lovely and very clean, and we even played a little pickleball while there. It is a……

“Needed to book only one night with pet. Room was immaculate, all was very new and everything we needed. Cold air was a plus. Communication with host was punctual and thorough. There is a small park just a block towards water that we enjoyed strolling through in late evening. Would definitely recommend and book again.”
