A fine capsule hotel with a fantastic Shinjuku location, you’re close to the train station, food, Golden Gai and all the action. Just watch out for the toots and hostess bar callers. Regardless of how many nights you’re staying, you’re out by 10am each day as the capsules are deep cleaned. If you’d like to bathe, be sure to have 200¥. That’ll get you 30min in the shower. I appreciated the free soda fountain, purified water and ice cream machine! They got a zillion manga, so watch out! The manager, in particular, seems to lack basic customer service skills and appears unfriendly. As a hotel manager myself, I always prioritize the guests' experience, and my staff are kind and helpful. However, at this place, the staff seemed hesitant to even lend me a pen or a piece of paper. I was thoroughly disappointed.
