“Very nice historical kind of feel type place. We enjoyed it.”

“Hotel property was a bit run down (served as a homeless hotel before) but the owner is making a good effort to make changes. These are not all the way, so the hotel was a bit under my standards (older furniture and carpets). In all, the services did work (good towels, shower, tv ...) Advice for improvements: -They need to provide a better breakfast (it was too limited and basic) -They need to improve communications (2 of my messages went unanswered) For customers to comeback, friendly,……

“Caryn runs a lovingly-maintained home, and makes a delicious full breakfast! Everything here felt just as cozy and comfortable as a bed-and-breakfast should. I'd happily return.”

“Staying there was like traveling on time and we were avle to learn about the history of the original house and famous bridge in front. The room was extremely clean, comfortable and cozy. The staff very responsive and kind. Breakfast served was delicious and fresh.”

“櫃檯人員非常親切，房間很舒適乾淨”

“I hate leaving a bad review because the owner was very sweet. This is not an Inn...this is someone's home where they are renting out extra rooms. There is clutter covering every inch of every surface in this house including the kitchen. We stayed on the 3rd floor which is a remodeled attic so I kept hitting my head on the angled ceilings and there were dozens of flies in the bathroom. The house doesnt have any signage and has abandoned vehicles outside so it was a little jarring. I would not……

“Great place! It’s old so noise is high. We were on porch and you could hear door (so loudly) opening and closing w guests and staff.”

“The positive: This is a low budget hotel/motel that is convenient to the highway. The rooms are very large and appear to be mid-refurbished. The negative: upon entering, there is a number to call- which is an A.I. and is not helpful. You can’t check in through it- it just records your name and number and send it to somebody to call you back to let them know that you’re waiting and that they will come find you to let you in. It was obnoxious in my opinion. The room did not appear……

“Beware that check in is at 3 pm and the office closes at 5pm during some times of the year. The room was nice, quaint but on the 4th floor and we were unaware of a flight of stairs we needed to go up. The TV wouldn't turn on so we spent a bit working on that. Breakfast was a delight and the service was excellent.”

“Valerie was amazing welcoming my family and I after a long day of travel, and attending a funeral. She was a happy face that we didn’t know we needed and made sure we had everything in place to finally rest.”

“Hotel was nice. The room we stayed was spacious and clean but need renovation. The breakfast was a bit too simple. Would be better if the staff could be more friendly.”

“Beautiful property that has aged poorly. Cleaning was sub par.”

“I left my favorite blanket there by accident. I called and they mailed it to me very quickly! Also, the breakfast was delicious! We definitely will be going back but next time I want to be sure and get a room with a fireplace!”
