“We had to use a door lock code to enter the room. We were given the code by calling the number on a sign. We loved the outdoor fire pit and grills. The motel was very simple but had everything we needed. There was a back area where we could walk the dogs. The room was clean and the area quiet.”

“We really liked this place in so many ways. The location was great for getting to Acadia and Schoodic Peninsula. It had comfortable beds, bathrooms for each of us, nice kitchen but only salt, pepper and some oil. The dishes and pans would make cooking easy but more spices would make things easier. Two problems were that there were no instructions for anything like the TV ( which never worked right) or what to do when we checked out. “Afternoon tea and breakfast offerings were always-changing and unique. We enjoyed the privacy of our cottage room, but the community of the house and dining. Cottage Inn staff was all friendly and helpful! The proximity to everything was very convenient. The water pressure was incredible as well.”
