Wonderful stay! Clean ,quiet room. Convenient location close to turnpike, shopping and mall. Staff were so nice. Included in price was abundant amount for breakfast but unfortunately poor quality.

I had a long out of state stay for work and staff made me feel at home. Trish, Jay, Andre, and Cheryl were too kind and genuinely accommodating - you can't can't ask for more.

This was a really nice, clean, well-maintained place. Friendly staff, decent location about 20/25 minutes from University of Pittsburgh. Would definitely stay here again

My daughter & I stayed here for a night while visiting my son, who is college nearby. The room, and hotel, are recently remodeled. Everything was very clean, the mattresses were very comfortable (sometimes hotel mattresses are a bit lumpy). We will definitely stay there again.

Another great stay in a fantastic King room at Hyatt Place in the Bloomfield/Shadyside neighborhood. The staff was amazingly friendly and made me feel welcome. The breakfast buffet, 24 hour front desk and convenience store made me feel like I was staying with people who cared about me. The hotel was also a 20 minute walk to the restaurants and shops in which I had interest. I definitely plan on visiting Pittsburgh again and will stay at the Hyatt Place. It is quickly becoming my favorite place...

A beautiful gem! This historic mansion turned boutique hotel is adorable. The original stained glass and carved wood grand staircase are breath taking. Keep in mind this is a 19th Century home, so the floors are creaky and the walls are thin, but there aren't that many rooms so it's not super busy. My only negative comment would be the ability for the room to cool down. It was a little stuffy and in our room the vent really only cooled the sitting area and not where our bed was located. Exactly what we needed

Our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable. Lobby was fresh and clean, elevators were clean. Our room was on the 5th floor overlooking water street and the river which was a nice view. Room was very clean. Breakfast area was well filled and maintained. Free, secure parking was very nice. I would stay here again should I find myself in Pittsburgh again.

There is not one negative thing about our stay. Every staff member was friendly and accommodating. The worse part is having to leave. Fresh coffee till late evening was a bonus. The pool was clean outside grounds were kept up even through all the storms we had. We have stayed at this location many times and have never been disappointed
