“Cute beachy vibe place, fabulous location, generally in good condition wirh a few minor issues. Would have liked a curtain on front door and a lock on back patio screen door. The front door was a bit loose and needed weather stripping and the living room air vent was hanging down a bit but were all fixed before we left. Other than that, sunrises or sunsets from the many beach access points beach are all just a few minutes walk from the front door. Definately recomend!”

“Nice fenced yard for us all, especially the dog. Spotlessly clean when we arrived. Exactly what the listing described. Comfortable Cottage, perfect for our stay.Half block to beach, but I didn't do my homework: no dogs allowed on the beach on Tybee at any time, even off season and off hours. The beach and dunes are beautiful otherwise!”

“The location was wonderful being minutes from the ocean. We did not know that the kitchen supplies were only pots and pans. No cooking utensils to cook a meal with using the pots and pans. Only paper plates and plastic forks spoons and cups supplied. The wifi was questionable at times even after contacting the host about it.”

“We were very surprised to find lots of beach gear: chairs, toys, wagon, cooler, towels. The house was clean and we had plenty of room. The screened porch was very nice.”

“Great stay. Beach wasnt crowded at all, close to beach so we didnt have to walk far (which means you dont have to pack so much) easy to go back to room for lunch or naps. Room was clean and functional for two adults and two children under 10!! ”

“I felt this was an excellent place for the 12 of us... the beach wasn't crowded due to it being somewhat private. This house also has a private pool,a few of our group don't care for the beach...so very nice .A few minor things we messaged to the owner and he was right on it. Very friendly owner. He was greatful for the info so it could be addressed. ”

“Communication with owner was the best! We had people arriving from four different areas. Two early arrivals were able to park at home before check in - late lunch parking was non-existent within two blocks of any restaurant. House was comfortable for our eight adults, toddler, and infant. Everything needed for cooking meals was available. Sofas and beds were very comfortable. Great outdoor space that easily accommodated all of us. Plenty of bikes! Also plenty of chairs and great beach wagons,……

“We loved the house. It was super clean! We loved the two seperate living areas and kitchens. The outdoor shower was amazing. The outdoor area out back and the screened in porch are where we spent most of our time. I cannot say enough good things about this location. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Tybee! ”
