“Booked beautiful blue room with separate living room for two nights. Paid $659 for romantic suite. Received a blood red room with mirrors on walls and ceiling, stripper pole in middle of room, no living area, holes in doors, shower curtain would not stay up, tile around top of tub was broken and sharp, roaches around floor and and came out when dark. Had to leave light on at night. All other hotels were booked so we couldn't refuse room. After traveling around US and Europe, this was the worst……

“After I booked on Expedia… The girl wanted 20 more dollars to give me a requested upstairs room… in the room there was no desk chair for the desk… There was no trashcan… The remote for the TV was so filthyI had to have washcloth to touch it…. and once I touched it… It did not work so I had to call the front desk and the girl brought up a new one…..stray cats hang out here … the best part was right next-door. There was a sports bar and a Thai restaurant… But I would not recommend the Thai……
