"There was nothing special about this hotel. I was not impressed, and considering the water faucet for the tub/shower kept falling off every time you turned it on (even after they told us they fixed it) there was really nothing impressive about it. No continental breakfast, but you could get breakfast at the attached restaurant. Just over all expected a little better. What I will say is every employee we had contact with was OUTSTANDING! They were the best part of the hotel."

"I loved that you would text them if you needed anything during your stay. I got the deluxe king guest room which was nice, however I didn’t know that it was going to be in an awkward location since my room was outside the balcony so I had to close the shades for some privacy. Housekeeping was also inconsistent since one time they have me new glasses and sometimes they left the dirty ones. They would also take towels but wouldn’t replace them. It looks like they would only make the bed and occasionally restock your amenities. The pros are that you are right on the riverwalk and close to everything there is to explore"

"Located in a perfect location. Able to walk to all areas of interest. Close to entertainment and dining. Interesting history of the hotel and facilities are up to standard. "
