"At the time of checking into the hotel immediately I noticed the overall up keep of the property has gone negligence. Once entering the facility there was a gentleman sitting on top the countertop, while the front desk clerk check me in. I was asked to pay $100 incidental fee and will be returned after check out. When going to the elevator it looked uncleaned and non maintenance. The carpet looked dirty throughout the hotel. When coming into the room I noticed a huge outdated ceiling fan, a uncleaned coffee maker and the television leaving against the wall. This property is poorly upkept"

"We booked on Expedia, smooth check in! Hotel seems fairly new, well kept! Our only bump in the road: sheets appeared not changed, we found (2) hairs, ugh! We called front desk, we were told we could come get a fresh set! We did, & changed them. Comp breakfast was above expectations! We would stay here again!!! "

"Overall not pleasant experience the best thing about the hotel was one of the front desk women who checked us in ( I believe she was 2nd shift). The elevator doesn’t work without a worker operating it for you, the room tv was going out, the room wasn’t properly cleaned. Besides the one lady at the front desk I wish I would had got her name because she did the best she could without an attitude, overall wouldn’t stay at this location again."
