“Pros-the property and rooms were clean Staff members were professional, attentative, helpful, hard working and polite at all times Good quality of food and night shows (ABBA was spectacular!) Cons - the gym is small and lacks toilet facilities. Lack of designated spaces for smokers, therefore we were exposed to second hand smoking! Lack of recycle receptacles in rooms and throughout the property.”

“The general feeling of hospitability in Padma is great. All the staff seem to be very nice and honest and you feel welcome. Also the dogs of the house are very nice and well behaving. “我们在网上预定的海景房， 入住时分派的不是海景房， 质疑后给调换了。我们提前电话通知增加一天住宿 ，提前一天到达入住并告知了我们的订单号码。当我们到达办理入住手续时，当班的接待员根本不知道有这回事。房间内的小冰箱一直都是空的，没有任何饮料。同酒店预定早上出海看海豚，最终没有结果，没人通知我们。”

“L’hôtel est charmante et le personnel à la réception très agréable et accueillant. La piscine super jolie. La chambre est très jolie, dommage que la terrasse / jardin sente les égouts, impossible de s’asseoir sur notre terrasse à cause de l’odeur. La plage en face est pleine de déchets malheureusement. Le personnel du restaurant buffet pas très aimable. Le choix de nourriture très peu varié. Dans l’ensemble expérience ok pour une nuit mais l’odeur sur la terrasse de notre chambre ne nous……

“The welcome at Awali was excellent. The all inclusive starts when you arrive regardless of check-in time and it ends when you leave even if you checked out the room hours before.
