Excellent hotel - the staff are the friendliest I have ever experienced at a hotel. They’re all incredibly attentive, polite and welcoming The hotel grounds are pristine and always kept that way - so much to do at both hotels (palace/turquoise) The buffet is very varied and there’s so many options every night. 11/10 would recommend to anyone

Pros: new and clean rooms, friendly staff, good choices at the buffet. Cons: they serve salty water, tea and coffee made with salty water, only 1 type of red wine, deluded orange juice; the specialty restaurants were booked out the entire time; there’s no way to swim at the beach it’s too windy

Quiet adult all inclusive, food and facilities great A Mecca for wind/kite surfing, so quite windy, but pool areas sheltered and you can find sheltered beach a short walk away Quiet in evenings, evening entertainments we're low budget affairs Food wine and spirits plentiful and good quality. The Island is great and very diverse and pretty.

Beautiful hotel in Le Morne. Building is new and in very good condition. The staff was amazing every time, from checkin to breakfast, lunch, dinner and bar service. Pools are nice and there are plenty of sunbeds around, in case the ocean is not welcoming. Food was very good, with plenty of choices. The RIU app is not the best, but that’s not something this hotel can fix.

We had a wonderful time here for our honeymoon. The hotel and the views are stunning. The staff are so kind and can’t do enough for you. All the food is wonderful. Right on a white sandy beach. Highly recommend this hotel.

Just the right amount of chill and optional activities. Only just over an hour from the airport. Beautiful sightseeing nearby and watersports. Very attentive staff. Great food and drink selection. Adults only was so worth it but still access to Turquoise hotel if needed. We didn't upgrade our room/view or pay for Elite but it was still lovely. Beach on the doorstep.

Amazing 8 night stay at RIU Palace. Complex is superb, clean and modern. Choice of food in buffet restaurant was excellent for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We went Elite Club and felt it was with the extra.

Big hotel with a lot of facilities, and rooms were good size and always cleaned very well. Beach was lovely with a stunning view of Le Morne Brabant from the water. Strongly advise the hotel to inform guests prior to arrival to bring beach shoes. Food was fantastic, with lots of variety especially for vegetarians however my only criticism is that some foods are not clearly marked with allergies / what is vegetarian. Food at the à la carte restaurants is great, but we couldn’t get into any of the restaurants in Turquoise hotel despite attempting to book the moment we checked into the hotel which is disappointing. Some great bar staff with a special shout out to Nikesh and Bradley who went above and beyond to provide exceptional service and make some delicious drinks. However some inconsistency amongst the bar staff, with certain members refusing to make certain drinks that others were willing to make, and one particular staff member at the pool bar who seemed to have an attitude each time we visited the bar. Another shout out to the lady providing the towels. Always service with a smile, so lovely to talk with and have a beautiful flower with every towel - it’s the little things like this which make it a stand out service. Reception were quite poor from pre check in (not replying to emails and I had to chase) all the way to check out. It was a common “computer says no” response every time so it’s a terrible first and last impression for the hotel.
