“I think they need better quality control. We got into our room late at night and everything looked nice until my son pulled back the sheets. There were small blood stains like some one picked a scab or something and got blood on the sheets. Disgusting. Had to go downstairs and have staff give us new bedding since it was late we could not find a different hotel. When you find something like this it makes you doubt the cleanliness of the whole place.”

“The motel was very nice in all aspects.”

“Motel was very hard to find. It had only a sign over the door away from from I90. There was one electrical plug in the room available for use. One lamp had no where to plug in except that there was an extension cord that had been taped together available for use to those brave enough to use it. The door to the room could not be locked from the inside. The TV was challenging, and I could not get it to work at all in the morning. Coffee ran out part way through breakfast and was not replenished.”
