“Everything was perfect.”

“It’s terrible! Not a real hotel but a student campus. The room offered to me at the check in didn’t have power, so after half hour of wasting time to figure out the problem, they gave me a different room. Breakfast was basic and poor. Gym is the only good thing there.”

“The blanket and pillow are not whitish clean with smelly, looked used-for-long-time-ago. The room was very small but with very high expensive room rate. It was not worthwhile. The only good point was the hotel above the convention centre where Metro exit and a big supermarket were there.”

“The staff were very very very friendly! They always provided necessary service and info timely. Also, the hotel location is good, it will not take much time on foot to reach Sacré-Cœur, Galeries Lafayette and good restaurants. Briefly, I like the cozy hotel, and I will come back when I visit Paris!”

“We booked a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed for 4 guests. Yet the room assigned was literally next to the cemetery with views of tombs and you could clearly see the names. We asked to move as our children were rather startled. The staff was helpful and moved us into two rooms as all one bedroom suite was full. Cleaniness needs to be improved. Room is spacious in French hotel room standards. Staff were all helpful and friendly. ”
