Location is good because of walking distance to lots of cafes, restaurants, shopping mall and other main tourist sites. But train station is opposite the entrance which is both convenience and trouble. The area is dirty, full of unsavory characters moving about. Looked safe but didn't like the general look and feel of it, it was dirty and crowded. The room was terribly small. They said they are giving us an upgrade but felt like downgrade. It was on the topmost floor with slanting roof. One tiny window. Felt like a prison cell. Too uncomfortable for 2 people.

The hotel is in a very good location. All amenities are good, clean and comfortable. Literally in top of a train station and mall. Many dining and shopping options around and vibrant place… they offer free wifi, ice cream, and staff is very friendly.

Nice property with upscale feel. Conveniently located right in front of the metro and underground shopping mall. If you look at a subway map, you’ll see Les Halles station right in the middle. However, I felt it was so centrally located that it was not particularly close to any major attraction. Need room key to access hotel lobby after 9pm. While I never felt unsafe in the area, this raised a safety concern. Overall, it was a nice stay. The mall was a definite bonus.

If you need space in one room for a family of 4 - this hotel is fantastic! Two nice size beds with room for each person to have an area for their luggage. Closets were plentiful if you like to hang clothes and unpack. The staff was wonderful and very friendly and let us check in early and helped us arrange transportation throughout the week. The location is hopping and very loud - near lots of bars and restaurants so better for young people and not as great for families because the neighborhood never quiets down. That wouldn’t have been a problem if the AC had worked but it didn’t and so we slept with the windows open which meant lots of noise from nearby bars and restaurants and mosquito bites!! But that said, the hotel is very convenient, near all the trains and a major hub with lots of grocers, laundry, and restaurants. The RER below goes STRAIGHT TO DISNEY and other popular destinations. Many places are easily walked to — like Notre Dame and the Louve. The complimentary breakfast was ok. Great free WiFi and lots of USB ports for charging. Sink clogged and bathroom was very small - pretty much only downsides - storage, fridge, safe, and counters were plentiful - complimentary snacks and waters were appreciated - for the size of the room it was totally worth it! Would stay there again!

We visited Paris for a girls' city break with my elderly mother and niece aged 11: Hotel easy to reach via CDG airport. Slightly awkward initial reception due emphasis on immediately securing credit card details despite having already paid upfront online, which felt a bit cheap. Room view of a back street a bit disappointing. Room itself pretty basic but clean and comfortable with air con, a surprisingly good sofa bed and luxurious bathroom with waterfall shower and heated mirror. Hotel located beside the Les Halles tube, so perfectly situated for visiting the major attractions and for shopping. Sadly Les Halles gets quite rowdy at night and as 3 females we didn't feel safe going out after dark. Hotel itself feels safe, with security at the door. Hotel gym very basic with only 1 treadmill and a cross trainer working but excellent selection of free weights. Bar staff somewhat inexperienced but made up for by the beautiful atmosphere of the garden terrace. All staff very polite and helpful. All in all a decent place to stay for a no frills, central city experience but better for those travelling with a male for safety!
