Excellent location from CDG airport; walkable from Terminal 3. Great service but as an airport hotel, it is busy around the clock and a high turnover of tourists. That being said, very good overall.

We stayed there 4 times before. This time, we had to sweep sand off the sheets and their iPad was out of service. Otherwise, all was OK.

We booked this hotel because we had a late arrival in Paris and an early flight the next day. When we arrived, the Internet was not working which meant check-in (and everything else, including ordering food) had to be handled manually. Room keys also did not work. Had to tether to our phones to do any work. Hotel apologized but did not offer any credit. Also: rooms are tiny with bed taking up the entire width of the room. You have to crawl in and out to use the bathroom. Bed was comfortable enough, but not a very convenient setup for an older person. This should be made clearer.

This is a great hotel for a long layover or an early departure out of De Gaulle. The rooms are very modern and clean, the staff was helpful and access to the airport was easy. Finding the hotel from the terminal was a little tricky with all the bus stops and changes but the hotel itself is a gem. The cool technology for check in and food made it fun.

We love this place! A quick walk to the CDG tram- 10 min ride to terminal 2. The hotel is clean, has a funky vibe, great big beds, and a modern high tech design. Our 2nd time here- wouldn’t stay the night before a flight at CDG anywhere else!

Overall a nice stay. The hotel is a busy place so some of the features are showing wear. It's an excellent option for getting into Paris as it's close to public transport, isn't as expensive as the city and convenient for when you have a flight to catch. I would stay here again!
