"Supposed to be a no smoking hotel...however I endured 2 nights of folks across the hallway smoking . Had to put wet towels under my door to help keep the smoke out of my room. Staff did not make rounds around the hotel to check on stuff like that. No room service even though the sign was hung on door. Spoke to management and they were argumentive about the issue ."

"While the staff were very nice and friendly. The hotel has some issues. Coffee shop is closed on weekends. While someone did get me coffee from the back, it would have been good to have been able to get a snack for breakfast. The hotel also doesn’t have a supply of over the counter medications you can buy in small packets such as Advil, Tylenol,etc. There was only one waste paper container in the room and I had to move it to bathroom. While the room was ok, it could have been cleaner. The areas around the door knobs on all the doors needed to be wiped and cleaned. Lastly, one of the two elevators was out of service. It definitely needs some TLC. "

"They told me they were out of cream for coffee. Also rooftop bar, you stand in single line to order drinks. No wait staff. They were out of tonic water. They charged $200 for our service dog. The hotel is too expensive for what you get. Rooms are very small."

"I have zero complaints. The room and hotel were clean, the check in staff was very helpful and cheerful."

"The hotel was fantastic all round, but I really dont have enough good things to say about the staff, especially Dakitia who went out of her way to accommodate me. She exemplifies southern hospitality, thank you again, Dakitia!"

"We didn’t like the coffee but everything else was fine. Fortunately, there was a Starbucks nearby."

"Great location.. although when we left, the streets were blocked off and had a terrible time trying to get out away from the hotel. It would’ve also been nice to have a trashcan in the bathroom and an extra set of towels "
