“Gateways Inn is a fantastic place to stay! The staff was very courteous and the room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was included and very tasty. I highly suggest a stay there if you are planning on visiting the Berkshires!!!”

“Every point of contact I had at 33 Main was friendly, efficient, and accommodating. It’s evident Donna and her team run the inn with love. It’s clean and gorgeously furnished on the inside. You’ll recognize it from the outside, because it’s the most charmingly decorated on the block. I stayed in the Cliffwood room, which was the perfect size for me as a solo traveler (in other words, although smaller than the other rooms, it did not feel too small). “This was a grand old mansion that was well cared for. The room was lovely, warm and comfortable. There was one other couple staying but we never saw them. The morning breakfast bar was more than adequate and the coffee was delicious. There were several sitting rooms on the first floor which were sunny and relaxing. Parking was right behind the house and keyless entry worked very well. This was a lovely location and I wish we had more time to stay there.”

“Did not send check-in info via text, when I called they said they sent but never and resent, then gave me the wrong room. I booked double bed but got 1 king bed said double bed booking is not guaranteed and the rooms are sold out. However the worse part is the room is full of smoke smell so badly that seems to be a long term smoking room. We had to buy candles and fragrance spray from CVS but still don't help much. ”
