Clean room, nice staff, quiet hotel - "free breakfast" was basically toast and cereal but still free. Overall, very nice for a cheap hotel, would absolutely stay again

Friendly staff, ample parking, clean room. Would be nice if there was a broader offering of continental breakfast items as main offering was white bread, bagels, small muffins, two cereals, bananas, and milk.

It isnt anything fancy, but the beds were comfy and it was quiet. The owners take pride in the appearance of the place; both indoors and out.

Dead bolts on doors did not work on either of the two rooms. The continental breakfast was six slices of bread, two bagels, and two types of cereal. The only thing good was the price.

The room was okay. The hallway smelled not sure of what. There were random people hovering in the parking lot when we arrived AND they charged my credit card $50.00 for "potential damage". What does that say for thier clientele. Canceled a return reservation.

I really like the area Bolder's is located. I'm relocating to Waterloo for work & used this hotel while I searched for housing. The staff at check-in was friendly, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and property offers free parking. This location is just off the interstate & the noise of traffic/trucks going by was no issue. They offered coffee, breakfast & WiFi. Would stay here again.
