“The staff was so so welcoming and accommodating. We forgot a few things and they were so sweet. Very flexible on helping us when I scheduled the wrong date. The beds were extremely comfortable.well my daughter said hers wasn’t as much so maybe a little inconsistent. The pillow top on our bed was amazing. Very peaceful and local to everything. Everything worked. We have no complaints. We would have stayed longer if we didn’t have to go stay in Hot Springs. II only wish the price was a little……

“Room door didn't fit properly which allowed light in. Bathroom was ill designed- no ventilation, no door on shower which caused moisture on floor. Toliet didn't flush tissue without several tries. There was no extra blanket for my comfort- my husband wanted room very cold. Restaurant the next morning had slow service and was out of my morning tea bag.”

“Ok…in fairness the facility was clean Bathrooms/ new tub Appreciated new floors with no carpet But, this is definitely no frills No clothes rack No Hangers No chairs No tables No decor / no art work Would do away with bed spreads Need another layer sheets for warmth If you need a good bed for night It’s ok The property is tired, especially exterior but see the attempt for renovation Room next door lost AC and power Could hear quite a bit of dis gruntled complaining outside at midnight……

“Beautiful property and extremely clean! Kitchen and additional supplies were well stocked. Definitely enjoyed our stay here. Wish we could have stayed longer to take advantage of the kayaks.FYI- this was our first time visiting Mena and riding the trails at Wolf Pen. This was my mistake not confirming mileage to trail head but it’s far! About 15 miles and having to drive on two highways. We didn’t feel comfortable so we decided to haul our SxS to the trailhead instead each day. ”
