"I booked and paid for the deluxe king room and when get got the keys and headed to the room we got told that because we did not book our animal when we booked we had to take the single very small room with a full size bed at the same price. When I asked about the price difference as online it showed the same l room as costing $89 and I had paid $173 for the larger deluxe room I was told that I got it on sale and that because I did not explicitly say I had a dog that it was my fault even though...
