“I travel to The Villages every other month and I always stay at The Brownwood. From the minute I arrive, I feel pampered. The rooms are beautiful, the food from Wolfgang Puck is deicious, the pool and spa are delightful, and the service from staff members like Gabriella in the lively lobby lounge is phenomenal.”

“Everything was great, bed was comfortable, check in was easy. There was just one thing: I went down to ask if the front desk had a nail file and she looked at me like I had a hole in my head. Isn’t that supposed to be an amenity you provide if asked. I understand not having them in the room anymore - but to not have them at all and then when a guest asks for one to look at her like she is stupid for asking - I don’t think that’s an IHG standard. ”
