“We have been going to Shelter Harbor Inn for decades. After its most recent renovations, the Inn is absolutely beautiful. The design of the inn is lovely. The grounds are stunning. And very importantly, the staff is excellent. There was some confusion re our check in and both the young woman who checked us in (Laci V) and the young woman who checked us out (Laci M) handled the situation perfectly. Sadly, we were only there for one night most recently but we will return.”

“The room and property itself were fine. The room was clean but the air conditioner when kicked on definitely gave off a mildew smell. The attendant during morning breakfast muttered some things under her breath about how busy it was and the rate at which she was having to restock items. There were signs all over regarding quiet hours, which gave me an odd feeling but when I put my kids to bed around 8:30/9pm everything was fine. Unfortunately right around 12:30am I started hearing slamming……

“Family of five who needed a place to crash 3 nights. The location is amazing. Right on the beach. Parking easy and assigned. Rooms were ok. The bathroom cabinet in room 109 was crooked and the back of it inside falling apart. Fridge worked great. View from ocean room.. so beautiful. Balcony, incredible and large. Very strict rules which I’m assuming is from past people partying. Rooms were quiet from other guests. Staff running it was helpful and great. Coffee was on first floor which was nice……
