I have stayed here multiple times. Room is clean; beautiful view of the ocean. Staff is courteous. Nice beach area to enjoy.

It was very nice to be able to walk out of the hotel and straight onto the beach. There were also a lot of close by restaurants, so once we arrived, we walked everywhere else. We had a great time.

Perfect get away

We had a fantastic stay! The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed having the balcony. The location was so perfect! Literally steps to the beach :) And walking distance to all attractions near by. The hotel staff could not have been nicer and more accommodating. We went for a girls weekend and it was perfect and relaxing! We cant wait to go back!!

This was the only hotel that would schedule one night on holiday weekend. Overpriced for the quality of the room. It was clean, but extremely dated.

Our stay was great! The staff were friendly, helpful and present on property even at night as a security measure. The location of this property can't be beat! We arrived earlier in the day with intentions of hanging out on the beach before check-in. We were able to park in the hotel lot and our room ended up being ready a little bit early. The property was as expected for Misquamicut beach - relatively no frills, no on site restaurant (although they did have a soda vending machine and coffee available). It is not a luxury property no is it intended to be - you are there for the beach! The room and hotel in general were very clean. There is no closet in the room but there is a dresser and hooks to hang a few items. It was a great place to stay for 2-3 nights. If you are staying longer or traveling with more than 2 people, you may want to look for more spacious accomodations. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and will be back soon!

Room 206 has an unbearable musty smell emanating from inside the walls, especially a recessed area behind the bed. It is possible that the other rooms smell ok. But do not stay in room 206 (second floor across from elevator). Owners/workers seemed very nice, but the weekend was packed so our room could not be changed. The mildew-like smell was torture, so we kept all windows open 24/7, but with Hurricane Lee the waves slammed so loudly all night we got no sleep.

My family of 4 stayed 2 nights here. The location is beautiful, we stayed street side, can be a little noisy at night with the restaurants live music on the weekends. Rooms were typical of a beach hotel, the beds need updating as well as the pillows, much too soft. The hotel is directly on the beach which is wonderful! However it is small, and the allow non-guests to pay to park and use the beach, which makes it a bit crowded. The owners are very strict about letting outside guests enter the hotel, only you and who is in your party are allowed in, or on the beach, they claim because of Covid. There are a lot of security cameras in the building enforcing that rule, however we had friends at the hotel next door and they were much more lenient so it wasn’t an issue for us. Overall very friendly staff, beautiful beach, a little expensive for how restrictive they are and lack of amenities there are.

Close to the beach. Parking wasn’t the best. I booked a room that had a king size bed for my husband and toddler and then was charged additional because I didn’t say a toddler would be present. But, the office person was so polite and gave me a card for next time if I want to book. The shower was the only negative. Very small especially when they put seating in there. More towels should be provided also. Overall, I would still go back.

Very small rooms for the price, 2 full size beds squeezed together. Nothing open at all . I under it was the weekend before Memorial Day then adjust your prices . They offer nothing, you are suppose to drop off your dirty towels then go to the office for clean ones. No cleaning of your room at all. Beds and pillows (if you even want to call them pillows)were terrible . Very uncomfortable.

I have been staying at this hotel for 5 years. This time around I had a terrible experience. My sister and her fiance came with their family (two 13 year old boys and a 1 year old daughter) to spend the day with me on the beach. They were stopped and the owner came out yelling at me that they cannot come to the beach as it is a private beach. And then asked me where they parked. I guess he was upset that they did not pay the $60 they were charging to park in their lot that day. As it happened, I told my sister they couldn’t park in the lot at the hotel because the parking attendant informed me when I checked in that my friend who was meeting me at the hotel and staying in my room could not park in the lot because they were full even though we offered to pay an extra fee. The hotel is pricey. I paid 1800 for 3 nights this holiday weekend. Actually I paid 1900 because we were 3 adults and 2 children. So the 5 year old was extra. The money isn’t the issue for me here (although surely it is to them). I am truly appalled at the way I and my family were treated and will never again return.
