“Property was great, exactly as advertised!”

“The place was clean and a nice apartment. We stayed only 1 night. Yes, there is traffic and you will hear it all night long, but it is what it is (if owner lists this, would you rent it?) The beds, for us, were so uncomfortable...too soft. But that's a personal preference. The ceiling fan made an intermittent noise that kept waking me. The towels were rough and felt like they were washed without softener. As others noted, there weren't enough towels and wash cloths for the number of guests……

They kept us informed throughout our stay, which made everything easy and stress-free. Thanks for the bottled water, cookies and crackers! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and it’s an easy, pleasant walk to Bristol’s charming historic downtown. I aim to be unbiased, but this stay was disappointing, and I hope this helps others avoid a similar experience. To preface, my mother missed the pet fee when booking, but we resolved it on-site, so that’s irrelevant. “Loft was very clean, neighborhood was quiet. Except for the house we were staying in. We found out at the end of our stay that the family below us was the owner’s daughter and was visiting for the week. We then understood why we felt as if we were intruding in this home throughout our stay. Children yelling, running in the house, scooters everywhere in the yard, multiple cars. “Excellent location-just above a little cafe on Broadway- walkable to many shops & restaurants. Parking was easy and instructions provided by the management company were clear. Doors have a keypad so no keeping track of house keys required. The building is older & the floors are not level as often happens in old buildings. Be aware there are 19 very steep narrow stairs to get into this 3rd floor condo. 4 Bath towels were provided but hand towels for the bathrooms and wash cloths were not. If you……
