This place literally is a room, a small room at that. When we pulled up we seen crack heads across the street. I had already paid for the room but after my husband viewed the room he wasn’t happy with it, so while the owners were there I asked if I could get a refund they told me they don’t do refunds...

"I had a very early event in NYC and required a place to lay my head for an early to bed/early to rise night sleep. Location was perfect for access to the train into NYC. This room was ideal for that purpose. I was checked in quickly, had off-street parking, and the room was supplied with all I needed. I slept well and was able to attend my event on time and refreshed. I would definitely stay again if a similar need arose. "

"Stayed here for a quick Business trip and it was perfect. Its about the size of a small hotel suite with the mini kitchen, but in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It was a third of the price compared to hotels in the area with bad reviews, so this was ideal!"

We went there for check-in exactly at the right time given from the hotel and couldn‘t find it under the address. No sign, no bell, nobody picked up the phone for 30 min. We called Expedia. They couldn‘t reach the reception neither. Telephone number was in a different area code. Google showed another address under the name and it was the same problem. The neighborhood didn‘t look save. "I never stayed when I arrived at the place it was people who do drugs on the balcony and smoking drugs! I called the owner no response I text the owner no response! I called hotel.com that did nothing about it! I had to find another place in 30 minutes to stay at! "

"We hadden hier geboekt voor 2 nachten, na aankomst op JFK airport. Het adres klopte niet, niemand in de buurt had van dit hotel gehoord en toen we probeerden te bellen nam er niemand op. Toen we uiteindelijk na een uur iemand spraken werd ons gezegd dat er geen boeking was(ik had de bevestiging bij me) en werd de telefoon opgehangen. 22.00 in de avond met een gezin met baby, en geen overnachting na een lange vliegreis en autorit, en voor het eerst in de VS..
