“Everything met expectation! The apartment was clean, and easy to locate”

“Très bon logement, spacieux, propre, bien équipé. Des liens réguliers avec l’hôte qui prend régulièrement des nouvelles. Bon rapport qualité / prix. Deux bémols: situation géographique dans le New Jersey, qui induit du temps et des coûts de transport plus élevés et le bruit dans l’immeuble et sur l’extérieur.”

“Instead of staying at Marriott Marquis where our business event was all week, we opted to stay offsite and I have to say Elizabeth and her husband are the best of the best. Amazing hosts, they care for you as if you are their own family. We have traveled broadly, they were so helpful with transportation, best places to eat and best things to do. You will be equally pleased if you book with them. Best VRBO experience ever and we travel broadly, a few times a year. Thank you so much.”

“We were in for a family event for a weekend. We had a very nice stay. The owner might live in the residence most of the time, but she was in a separated upstairs when we were there. Very pleasant. The house is very old and charming. A real relic! Some renovations have been made but some updating needed to be sure. It’s a nice neighborhood and a very large and livable space for a sizable family. Everyone was comfortable. Thank you!”

“The apartment itself was well-maintained, clean, and had all basic amenities from kitchenware to toiletries. It has a very cabin-y feel and definitely made every one in the group feel at home. We didn't feel very safe at night in the area, outside the apartment though. Apartment itself does feel secure and we didn't actually witness anything shady happen. But if you're travelling with family, I'd recommend staying alert.”

“Clean , modern apartment with all the amenities you need for a short stay”

“I would stay there again! Apartment had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. Plenty of room for 7 or 8 people. It took us a little while to understand the rail system from New Jersey to Manhattan, but after that, everything was a breeze. The owner answered all my questions in a timely manner. Would have liked a washer and dryer, but other than that, all was fine.”

“I loved it here! Very clean. Beds were so comfortable. Felt very safe as there is a locked gate before you enter the apartment. A little confused when we arrived because I wasn’t aware it was below the taco place and not above it. Had an issue with the hot water because there wasn’t any in the shower. Owner sent a plumber over to check it out as soon as possible. Still had no hot water in the shower. But we didn’t let that ruin our weekend. Over all it was the perfect little location for me and……

“Me and my daughter spent a week at Evonify. The communication with the host was perfect. The appartement very clean and we had everything we needed concerning kitchen- utensils. I couldn't make the dishwasher work but handwashed the plats etc. I can recommend Evonify to other tourists if you can imagine to walk 15 min to Elizabeth station. You also have Citi Grocery nearby for food shopping. Thank you for a pleasant stay. ”

“Clean appartment near Journal Square, in 15 minutes you're at WTC. Great starting point to discover NYC.”

“This place worked out well with our 2 grandchildren as well as our dog. The off street parking was probably its best asset. The bathroom was newly renovated, however it was advertised as 1.5 baths but there was only 1 bath. We were also told it had a whirlpool tub but it was just a large shower.”
