Overall, had a good time and good price. My only peeves were that there was only one water fountain in the entire building which was broken and when I let the front desk person know they responded with "go buy water"... The elevators took a very long time and was always packed, to the point that we walked up 10 flights of stairs and it was faster. However, the location was amazing and the hotel was clean and service was direct.

All staff we came into contact with from front desk to housekeeping to breakfast/happy hour to doormen were super attentive, very friendly and seemed to sincerely see us. The happy hour/dinner and breakfast provided surprisingly good food, lots of variety and very generous pours! Sonia was a standout and we looked forward to seeing her each evening. Beds and bedding very comfortable. Room nicely appointed and clean.
