“The room was spotless, modern and spacious. The staff were welcoming and friendly and the food excellent, with a very good choice for evening meal and breakfast, as well as the food being piping hot.”

“We loved our stay here, it was so near to whitby centre. The room was good, a negative is no where to dry towels. We had to ask for more coffee and sugar, as we were staying three nights. We will recomnend a stay at Penny Hedge. Staff could not do enough for us , all very friendly and polite. We will come again now we know of the hotel . The only thing that could be made better would be an addition of a full drench shower because there was certainly room for one”
