“Clean property and friendly staff.”

“We had an end room and it was creaking like crazy due to the wind. It was so bad it kept us up. It sounded like a hurricane outside. The issue is that when we complain to the staff, they knew about it. They told us they had a lot of complaints about that. It makes no sense if if they knew about it why would they put us in a bad room where you can hear the wind and the walls are creaking. ”

“To visit the caverns, we have to choose a hotel in Carlsbad. There was not much options out there. Everything was OK here, with an unfair price though. However I would assume there hardly is a better option around this area.”

“The front desk lady gave me room 330 I got there at 1:15 am and went to my room after a long 5hr drive there was a naked person with a dirty room! I was so traumatized! I tried to reach out to the general manager and got no response!! I was moved down stairs and other guests were so loud it was horrible I will never rent a hotel ever again I’ll stick to air bb!!! This was terrible ”

“The breakfast menu was one of the best breakfasts I've ever had at a hotel, my family loved it, I loved it and our room was amazing! The staff was all friendly unfortunately the pool is not heated but my kids still had a great time even in the middle of March it was still warm enough during the day to swim”

“Good option for basic overnight stay, clean room, bring toilet paper (we only had less than a fourth of a roll for 3 people.”

“Room was comfortable, price was low, staff were very nice, check in and check out were easy. Breakfast was not that great; stale and lacking. Coffee was terrible. -And TV wouldn’t connect to Internet. ”

“We booked here last minute. Based on the online photos we thought it was maybe an up and coming little boutique motel. Everything seemed nice and good at check in, then we got into our room… there was feces and blood on the bathroom wall. There was stuff on the shower floor. The toilet, shower door and sink had not been cleaned. There were stains all over the carpet and walls. The sheets were stained and had long black hairs everywhere. This was one of the worst experiences we’ve had and will……
