“This hotel was exactly as seen online. I was grateful for that as many places are not that way. ”

“Absolutely loved staying here! The breakfast is legit, the fitness center was really good, and the staff was awesome. My only negatives, and they are minor….the fan inside of the AC unit was all kinds of loud and squeaky, and one hand towel had some sort of like blood stain on it. Otherwise, I’d absolutely stay again”

“To visit the caverns, we have to choose a hotel in Carlsbad. There was not much options out there. Everything was OK here, with an unfair price though. However I would assume there hardly is a better option around this area.”

“Front staff was very nice and welcoming. The room was just not very good. I had stains all over the walls, the toilet always took 2 flushes to actually flush, my towels had stains and hairs on them, the walls are super thin so you hear everything happening next door, and my door would not stay shut. I had to use the deadbolt to get it to stay shut”

“This place was really cute on the outside and had super potential. Our actual room was so gross, from the toilet and shower to the fridge and countertops. I was so thankful that we were there to basically sleep only.”

“Business facility is adequate. Staff (Banni) was amazing and very accommodating. Lots of parking space. Clean room (small but you have everything you need)Breakfast burritos, coffee, fruits, cereal, juice, etc definitely adds to the beauty of staying here. Will not hesitate to recommend this place. We had a great stay! Thank you. ”

“Room was comfortable, price was low, staff were very nice, check in and check out were easy. Breakfast was not that great; stale and lacking. Coffee was terrible. -And TV wouldn’t connect to Internet. ”

“Staff was very friendly and helpful. The Breakfast was just a few cereals and some yogurt kind of underwhelming. Shower was a little dirty had to use a matt. Decent time for 2 nights.”
