“Room was nice and clean we had 2 doubles and a couch we had plenty room with the 4 of us. Bathroom was nice a big too.”

“Summary of Incident: I booked a family suite through Expedia for my family of five, expecting the accommodations I paid for after a 12-hour drive from Houston, Texas. Upon arrival, the front desk agent informed me that the hotel had us down for a standard room, not the family suite I had reserved and paid for. The Issue: When I presented my confirmation documents, the front desk agent refused to honor the booking, stating that it was an "Expedia error" and not the hotel's responsibility. I was……
