“Great gathering home for extended family with lots of room for kids. Backyard was great for kids to run around in and to play games. Very close to The Villages, 7 minutes from Lake Sumter Landing. Super quiet neighborhood. Great area to walk around for exercise. The kids bunk room was a bonus. All the kids loved it. Plenty of space to spread out so everyone doesn’t feel on top of each other. The hosts are very responsive and great with customer service. ”

“Enjoyed closeness to Brownwood Paddock. Not true 2 bedroom, 2 beds; however no sofa and no sitting chairs (had to sit on counter stools or desk chair to watch TV.) Clearly not a nonsmoking unit. Enjoyed size .”
