We were close to restaurants, shops, and a little playground for the kids. Karen, the host, was quick to respond , she even checked in in on us on our drive down to see our eta and give instructions. She provided every ounce of instruction and recommendation you would need while staying there. Check in was easy, check out was easy. The private beach……

“I cannot say enough great things about renting this property. The amount of amenities was not something I've experienced in all my years renting. We did not have to bring beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella and they even provided a cart to haul everything to the beach! It was wonderful! Condo was decorated beautifully and the beds were extremely comfortable. Pool was never crowded. You could see the ocean and moonlight from the balcony and we sat out there every night. The……

“Getting to the property was easy.. even with the shared driveway you knew where to go.. upon arriving the house looks exactly like the pictures. My family and I loved all the deck space. We spent mornings and nights reading out there. The pool area was great. Plenty of space. Better than most pools in OBX. The house was equipped with everything we needed.. plenty of bathrooms and showers. My kids enjoyed having their own space and the king bedroom with private deck was great for my husband and……
