“Initially we were put in a room with a terrible view. The hotel was not full so we asked to switch rooms. Michael at the front desk was quick to accommodate. He upgraded us to a stunning room overlooking the ocean with a balcony. The Westin saved their reputation for consistent quality and we will remain loyal customers. The hotel itself is lovely with easy access to the oceanfront and the village. We would definitely recommend it. ”

“Very nice property, clean rooms with a very helpful staff. Our TV didn’t work properly but they did offer to change our room and tried to get the tv working properly. We denied the room change but appreciated their efforts.”

“Friendly staff and nice room. Short walk to lighthouse (hence the name) across the street. Right next to the pier, restaurants, and shops. Our new go to place to stay for visits to St. Simons and Jekyll islands.”
