“We love staying here with our 8 year old. And his grandparents. The grounds are always neat and tidy and even with other families it’s a quiet and relaxing place to vacation. Very close to many attractions. ”

“The entire unit was super clean and welcoming. The beds and pillows were so comfortable that we slept later than expected each morning after all the fun in the sun at Mt. Olympus all day. Even the sleeper sofa was great. Thank you for having us! ”

“We initially booked with VRBO however, later realized we would have to deal with VACASA to have questions answered etc. Since there was no local manager available it took considerable time to receive an answer (and we received no answer about where to park our boat trailer). The information on VRBO vs. VACASA did not match. It was unclear about bedding and towels. The old thunderbird resort site said you had to bring your own towels. When I tried to confirm this with VRBO/VACASA we got no……

“This property was lovely and we were very comfortable! We had everything we needed and communication with the owner was excellent. The only downside was that when I booked it I thought it was in town, so when we found the property outside of town it was a little disapointing...at first...however once we settled in we found that the location was actually pretty close to town and everything was fantastic! “We refused to stay at this location as it was run down. I felt very unsafe here. The water part was not operational and the only thing that was working was a small indoor pool. The windows were extremely dirty which concerned me with how clean this facility was especially during a pandemic. The only thing that I was impressed with was the owner/manager who lived in another location. He was very understanding and I will likely reach out to him again for other properties to rent in the future. He……
