“When I first arrived there was nobody at front desk and there was customers in front of me waiting for help. I had to call the front desk in order for somebody to finally come up to the front desk to help .. then the First room I got was pee stain mattress pads on both beds, it was pee stain that matched up on the mattresses so it was the top sheet that was only changed it looked like it looked like also mold on the mattresses… there was no elevator so I had to carry all my belongings up stairs……

“While checking in, the front desk associate did not seem to understand how to use the computer which led to a very long check in. The hot tub and pool were not functioning and was not stated on their website. Breakfast was being closed 30 minutes before end time as we were coming for it and it was all picked over with not much left. Parts of the hall way smelled of weed. Very disappointing experience and will not go back.”

“Loved the dog park. Was great to have a bar on the premises and a wonderful bartender. Our room was clean and appeared to have new carpet and bed. We had to hold the handle down for a few seconds to flush the toilet. The shower drain was plugged and should be cleaned out. Overall, was a great place to stay and we will come again.”
