“Our 1st room smelled like an ashtray. We went to the front desk to ask for another room. She informed us that they are nonsmoking. We said we understand but our room has an obvious smell of cigarettes. We saw somebody on the 2nd floor have their window open and smoking. Also the 2nd room the TV didn't work. “Our experience was awesome! The home was very welcoming and comfortable. Our favorite spot in the house was the “sunroom” where we relaxed and settled from busy days and enjoyed a peaceful decompressing. If being drawn to a home that meets and exceeds your expectations for a lovely stay this is the spot. I only wish we had stayed long enough to see the peonies bloom. They were favorites of my Mom’s which was an added blessing!”
