"Great place for small or large groups! Very comfortable and fun setting with a little bit for everyone but my favorite was the friendliest host I’ve worked with. Very attentive and so kind. Lots of soft blankets to cozy up plenty of towels to include pool towels are provided and plenty of entertainment for everyone. There is not a hair dryer to indoor games provided which isn’t a show stopper we pack our own but something to be aware of there is a washer and dryer bring your own detergent if you want to use it… we will be back for sure one of our favorite places we’ve stayed! "

"I chose this hotel based on its positive reviews, but unfortunately our experience didn’t match. We were placed on the 4th floor despite noting during booking that we were traveling with an 18-month-old, and within the first 10 minutes we had a noise complaint called on us, which was frustrating given the circumstances. I asked to be moved to a lower floor, but the request was refused due to a wedding party staying at the hotel. I was told they couldn’t downgrade me to a queen room, which was disappointing as we were simply looking for a more practical arrangement with a young child. The pool was advertised as heated, but it was very cold and not enjoyable to use. Additionally, the pillows were quite uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, I was disappointed, especially since I had higher expectations based on the reviews. Needless to say, I will not be staying here in the future."

"The cottage was very cozy and quiet and I enjoyed it very much. Great communication with host. My kitty enjoyed exploring all the home and it's got a lot of character. "

"Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Like sleeping on a rock. We had a 5 year old who stayed with us and even she said her little back hurt. Rooms were clean at least. Management seems to be non existent and hard to reach out to. Doesnt tell you the pool is closed until you are at check in and there is a small sign telling you its under renovation. We had a 5 year old who was crushed when we told her all day she could swim when we checked in. "
