“I could not even reach the building manager when I was stuck outside of the building. I called expedia and they tried to get ahold of the building manager and after being put on hold for 20 minutes, Expedia could not reach him either. So I canceled my reservation before 8 PM which was the day of my check-in. I expect a full refund if I get charged for anything!!! Terrible just terrible! ”

“I stayed during the holidays with my son. The house is cozy, clean, and peaceful. There were plenty of options for breakfast, including healthy options, and some quick grab and go options. The owner is friendly and very helpful. He also has lots of information about things to do in the area as well as different artwork and mementos around the house that represent Akron. "We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In such cold weather, it was still very uncomfortable to bathe. When we checked out, I reported the problem again, but the front desk staff didn’t give me any response. This was truly terrible, I couldn’t even speak for those days because I lost my voice! This was supposed to be a trip we had been looking forward to, and I was also excited to stay at this hotel. But in the end, our trip to Cincinnati was completely ruined by the cold and the illness."
