“They reserved me a location that was't the one I was going to and when I go to the place they said there was nothing. Location issues completely. Everyone was rudeza they wouldnt even help me get a refund. It was a system issue.”

“I used to stay in Jackson when traveling for business, however I could not take the Hotels in that town, so Picked Worthington instead. Was 100 percent a good decision. Way nicer hotel, the food at breakfast was good, room was clean , staff was friendly. Much better choice than anywhere in Jackson to stay. Will stay here every time going for business from this point forward. Food was easy to find around the hotel for dinner and was a just a better experience then what I'm used too when having to……

“We were there to visit my daughter. It was perfect not the most up to date but perfect for a great relaxing time with the family. Great breakfast. Great beds. Pool was not open for 1/2 of stay. But it was a great place.”

“Amenities are limited. Less pillows than every other hotel. Towels were also leas than every where we have stayed. Breakfast was extremely limited. Not one piece of fruit. It was mostly clean. The shower was. a bit dirty.”

“Did not like my stay at all. I was laying in bed and had a bug crawl on me and there were bugs, quite a few in the bathroom. Needless to say I will not be staying at your hotel again. I did bring the bug which I took a picture of and brought it to the front desk after I took a picture in a paper towel and she disposed of it very quickly. Very disappointed”
