Worst travel experience ever

"Our large family traveled to the property. Other people were staying there and we were turned away by the owner. Nothing was done to find ys a new place, so we turned around and drove home. It was a waste of time, money and gas. Nothing was done to make situation right."

"Not a bad hotel but it did have some problems. Both of the treadmills were broken. Also, I had to call the hotel number to get someone to come to the desk to check in. Had to wait about 15 minutes for someone to show up."
