The suite: 1)There were not plugs available on both sides of the bed, nor was the hotel able to assist with an extension cord to enable being able to plug in both of our CPAPs a bedtime. 2) the divider making it a suite was approximately 2’ wide, meaning no one was watching the tv while the other slept because it was in fact just one room and not a suite at all. The pool: 1) marked as 6’ deep, but in fact 5’ at its deepest 2) only one jet working in each of the two hot tubs The breakfast are: actually, really good for a continental breakfast. You reasonably expect poor quality in this country, but it was decent and well set up and laid out for non-chaotic use.

The facility was really top notch!! Beautiful and the back deck and lake were lovely. Also enjoyed the walk around the lake too. I also appreciated the gluten free food items and fresh fruit on the breakfast bar.

Newer property but room AC never got lower than 71 degrees even though the thermostat was set lower so a bit uncomfortable at night for sleeping. Staff told us the building was having AC issues. Great free buffet breakfast however we weren't told that Monday it closed at 9:00 a.m. vs 10:00 a.m. on the weekends so that was disappointing having to go out to eat breakfast as that was one of the reasons we choose this hotel.

This is a very nice hotel in a great location. Most of the staff was very kind and polite. It was clean and well-kept. Breakfast was good and the pool was nice. Our one complaint is that the curtains do not completely darken the room, making for an earlier than desired wake-up time.

I stayed there twice on my trip to South Dakota and on my way back and when I return through Sioux Falls, I will certainly plan to stay there again, I got very good prices through Expedia, although the taxes are quite high

The hotel is new and beautiful. There is a beautiful lake just by the hotel . Went for a walk around it and came back with over 10 mosquito bites . We got a beautiful room below the lobby level . Very loud noise of moving chairs or other furniture above our head till after midnight .
