“Everything was great, the only complaint was the lack of usb charging ports ”

“We stayed in the wheelchair accessible room and it was better than many of the higher end chains for accessible bathroom. The room was small as we expected but roomy enough to turn around and again several higher end hotels are drive your chair in and go between the beds to turn around. The room was very clean and I am fusssy!! I would highly recommend this place”

“Building and room was clean. Parking lot had some snow cover, although had been cleared. Breakfast was limited ”

“I wasn’t the one staying. My son got stuck with nowhere to go. So, I tried to pay for him to stay there. The guy was going to take a payment over the phone and then randomly said no I had to be there. I offered to show him ID through the camera and everything. He let my son stay in -30 degree weather. ”

“Great place for an overnight stay. Very clean, updated room, comfy bed and wonderful linens and bed duvet. Keurig coffee was a nice touch too. Appreciated a message advising of our room # and door code, so no need to formally check-in. Great service! Would not hesitate to stay again. ”

“Yes, horribly neglected. There was zero cleaning supplies in the room. There was only a boat two sheets of toilet paper left on the roll with no extra look like somebody threw up outside the room door that had been there for several weeks stains on the walls the little Chinese guy came out. I asked him to salt a little bit of the walkway as it was extremely icy. He reluctantly did that. He said it’s OK just walk over top of it and I said it’s super treacherous didn’t feel like slipping as I was……
