Rooms were not cleaned well. Stains on curtains, walls, bedding and towels . Also the heater in my room was too old fashion and noisy that it cuts off at the middle of my sleep. The wash hand sink was soold and the water colored. The staff was apologetic and moved us across the hall. In the morning we realized there was a dead cockroach on the ceiling above one of the beds.
