Great spot and fantastic hotel with laundry facilities and nice spaces to relax in

The staff were lovely and so helpful, everything about our stay was great !

Glad to have spent our anniversary at Hotel Monterey Kyoto. Facilities were great with the use of the baths for all guests. We wished that guests could still access the baths on the day of check out since staying there for numerous days. The cleaners were helpful and delivered new towels when we requested it.

This was my 2nd time staying at the Candeo the Tower, will always highly recommend. The spa and other amenities breakfast area with the south view over the Oebashi Bridge is a must. A little minus is the toilet size is a bit too small to get in. Other than that, I love the place.

Its a typical traditional onsen ryokan with exceptionally focus on customer service. Only gripe would be you either need a local number or go to the tourist center to request for shuttle service

A 5 star experience. If you’re use to tiny rooms in Tokyo this room in Osaka will impress. Had a top 5 meal of my life in Kaman on the 24th floor

Our room had unbeatable views of the city, and we really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The bar, however, was a little overpriced and the food there wasn’t as tasty. I’d still recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Spacious and clean bathroom, a little uncomfortable pillows and tasty complementary coffee in the room!

A fantastic option for those using Universal park, everything is there you need. The hotel rooms are a great size with plenty of the comforts you expect in a Japanese hotel
