Just a beautiful hotel from the lobby to the rooms and restaurants. Every individual staff member we encountered was pleasant, courteous and helpful. I can only say that the Grand Nikko was truly "There For Us!"

The service level was exceptional. I experienced truly professional hospitality throughout my stay. The room was cleaned to a very high standard, and it was both spacious and comfortable. The garden view was beautiful, and the environment was quiet and relaxing. I have no complaints at all.
