The room was always clean and the bed was luxurious. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They always greeted us when entering. The location was excellent and convenient to getting around Manhattan.

The room was okay. The shower needs a door, the bathroom floods everytime you take a shower. There were no paper towel for the kitchen. The room needs to be updated especially for the price you pay per night. There are two hotels for Hotel 32 32. They are across the street from each other. The room we got had a balcony, it looked at industrial air conditioners. I wish the room would have been better to have a better experience.
