“Super friendly staff, generally spacious, everything is smooth”

“A very large and spacious apartment - plenty of room for a family of four (could sleep six), a fantastic base for a sightseeing trip in NYC. Plenty of shops and amenities nearby, a five minute walk to the subway and a ten minute walk to Central Park. Communication with the host was excellent and the use of Door app for entry and access to a luggage holding room for our arrival/departure days meant we could make the most of our time in the city. Would highly recommend and would love to stay here……

“Great location for all your needs. Very quiet which was a huge bonus. Great communicaton was most helpful .”

“The host was very responsive but I found it difficult to use the Expedia app to communicate. I would get a message from Expedia saying the host has responded and when I pressed see message there would not be a message at the site”

“The aesthetic of the room is very nice. Super nice area around as well”

“Thank you for letting us use your place for Valentine’s Day weekend. The apartment was clean and had every amenity possible. When we’re in New York again I hope to stay here again.”

“The room was clean and in a great location. The apartment is only accessible via staircase. The hosts are responsive and helpful. Thanks!”

“I was there in the summer, and it was a little hot. The AC is good you just have to wait about a half hour to feel it working after you turn it on. Also the main lights are from the kitchen and the bathroom, but there is a floor lamp and two windows that help keep things lit. The bathroom was really nice and the water pressure was good. The bed is super comfy and the tv was the perfect size for watching fifa!”

“Unfortunately, this was one of the worst Vrbo experiences I've had. We booked this property because it advertised air conditioning, but from the first night the apartment stayed around 80°F even with the AC running continuously. We reported the issue immediately and followed every troubleshooting step the host suggested, including sealing the window around the portable AC. The host repeatedly acknowledged there was an AC problem and told us a technician would come, but no one ever arrived during……

“**Public Service Announcement: DO NOT RENT FROM THIS HOST**This was one of the most horrific rental experiences I have ever had.The problems started the moment we arrived. The apartment's doorknob was visibly broken. When I contacted the host through the VRBO messaging system, she immediately tried to move the conversation to WeChat, which was the first major red flag. She then sent me a separate text message from her personal phone requesting payment through Zelle, which is clearly against VRBO……

“Great place. Great communication!”

“The address in the app differs from the real one by 2 blocks, which was important for me.”

“We loved the centrally located neighborhood. It was quiet and convenient. The apartment was spacious and very clean. Charlene was an absolute gem to work with. Highly recommend this place. ”
